So instead of making a card today, I finally created a page for my Romeo & Juliet Manga in the COMIC section! (wow, after almost a year. >_<) Better late than never, you should go check it out.
There I share with you... the process of making the manga and some preview pages!
Stay tuned for the Scarlet Letter page. ^_^
Enjoy~

19 days till Xmas + First day of snowDecember 6, 2008
Tonight is the first time I saw snow this winter (walking on Canal St. with Starbucks White Chocolate Mocha in hand) and finally I realized "It's winter! It's December..." (Seriously, I think we've had a pretty long autumn this year.) Someone special once told me that snow is beautiful, it's colorful because it picks up the colors of its surroundings. I didn't understand it at first, but he showed me and it's very true...

NBC Wednesday's ChildDecember 11, 2008
A few weeks ago, my boss from HiArt called me and asked if I'm interested in teaching a teen how to draw. It was for a program called Wednesday's Child on the NBC channel, helping children get adopted. You can view the segment from the NBC website by clicking this image:

Best luck to Kelly! He's a very good kid, and draws very well.
He signed and gave me his drawing at the end, which put a huge smile on my face. =)

New Year's Eve in NYC
December 31, 2008
Chilly, snowy, and crowded. This is the closest I've ever got walking into Time Square on a New Year's eve. (I was walking to the train station after work) Nothing special, just wanted to take some pictures...

On the ferry heading home.
NYC is truly a beautiful city.

Moon & Venus shinning brightly in the clear winter night sky.
Ending this year with this quick easy dinner...
It's been a great year. Yes, it was. With very simple but wonderful things. See you in the next one.
